Service Description
Class breakdown Duration: 90 minutes Warm-up and Stretching: - Begin the class with a comprehensive warm-up session to prepare the body for movement. - Focus on stretching exercises to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and enhance mobility. Choreography Breakdown: - Instructor breaks down a 45-90 second choreography step by step. - Questions are encouraged, and the instructor provides explanations and guidance. - Students practice the choreography alongside the instructor, with opportunities for individualized feedback and corrections. - Instructor provides additional guidance, tips, and variations to enhance performance. Group Video Recording: - The final 15-20 minutes of the class is dedicated to recording a group video. - All students are encouraged to participate in the recording, showcasing their skills and enthusiasm. - Professional editing of the video will be done to create a high-quality group video - Each student receives a copy of the video to continue practicing at home, share with friends and family, and proudly post on social media!
